We are a One Stop Platform offering interior design, renovation and refurbishment services for residential and commercial properties. Our company is a collaboration with China SUNY+ who has established in more than 15 cities in China as well as Cambodia and Malaysia.

What are your services?

We offer full range of renovation and furnishing product & services including: Interior design consultation, custom made carpentry, kitchen design, furniture & curtain, flooring & tiling, ceiling & lighting, electrical wiring & plumbing & aircon &smart home system, security system and grille door and gate.

Do you cover for renovation work outside Penang?

Yes, we do. We have projects in KL, Negeri Sembilan as well.

Why should I choose SUNY+?

We are one stop platform that can save your time and money. Our products are sourced direct from factory and suppliers. We have professional ID to offer themed design to your preference Once you have confirmed the renovation package, we will sign a contract. Therefore, the price and time to complete are fixed During renovation work, we will update you from time to time the work progress. We even offer 1 year after sales warranty service.

Do you charge for consultation?

No, consultation is FREE. We welcome you to bring your layout for free consultation. We can give you a proposal and estimated quote.

If you are satisfied with us, you can make a booking and we will provide you 3D designs and a final quotation.

If you do not wish to continue, the booking fees will be treated as 3D design fees. Should you decide to engage us, the booking fees will be included into your package price.

How much do you charge for booking fees?

Normally is 10% of your total package price or minimum RM5, 000.

What are your payment terms?

  • 10% for booking confirmation
  • 40% upon work commencement
  • 40% upon installation and loose item delivery
  • 10% upon completion and handover

How long will I have to wait for a draft quotation from SUNY+?

For flat/apartment/condominium with dimension of layout plan will be 1 week working days.
For bungalow, shophouse, terrance, townhouse, others with dimension of layout plan will be 2 weeks working days.

Who are your suppliers?

We have formed strategic partnership with various well-established suppliers such as Daikin, Midea, IPMUDA. Therefore, our product quality is ensured and also, we can get better pricing compare to normal retail.

What is your operation hour?

Our gallery is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm; Sunday 10am to 5pm. We welcome you to visit our SUNY+ gallery as we wish to show you our actual show unit, workmanship centre, smart home centre and material selection centre.
